Well, unfortunately for most common folks, most individuals will not have any magic or have just enough to perform a few magic tricks.

Magic users need extensive training like the great mages of Likovia to be able to do big spells.

Blessed magic users can do, at most, a few party tricks and brew a few potions. (aka, make something float or something)

BlueBell welcomes Magic users, but the mayor will be picky with his selection.

The town doesn't have much for Magicians at the moment, but maybe in the future....
