Yet the awakening does not belong to the young alone. Among the present folk, magic begins to surface as well. Those who never believed themselves chosen feel something stir deep within. Some discovering only a faint spark, others awakening to powers far greater than they ever imagined.

While anyone can use magic, nobody should claim to be higher than a mage of Likovia. 

​

If your character can use decent magic skills, their background should match that. One does not become a master of magic in just a day. It takes years to master at least one element. (think like 25 years and more)

Normal magic skills will be similar to floating a watering can or maybe helping a flower grow. Little things.

​

No magic at all is perfectly fine as well! We do want to keep things balanced.
