After returning from Likovia, the Witch Princess hosts a captivating magic show in the town square, drawing villagers and children alike. Newcomers are invited to participate, reaching into her magical hat and finding their hands temporarily transformed into crab claws, causing much laughter.

As the main event begins, a mischievous wooly steals the Witch Princess's wand, creating chaos as it multiplies into many woolies. You chase the wooly through the village, navigating through distractions like a hissing raccoon in a trash can and a suspicious lump under a tree. Eventually, the wooly leads you into the forest.

In the forest, you encounter magical obstacles and solve riddles to navigate through the trees, which mischievously shift their roots to confound you. You discover a cave where the wooly hides with another trapped wooly, realizing they needed help. After freeing the trapped wooly, a wolf-like monster blocks your exit.

Defeating the beast, you retrieve the Witch Princess's wand, along with a health potion and a strange diary.
